Dark chocolate yogurt cake

I tried to modify a cake mix recipe to put a little more nutrition in it. My husband is a sugar fiend and I am always trying to make cakes that are tasty and moist enough without the frosting and have hidden nutrition : ). My husband ate 2 giant pieces of this last night and my daughter the other sugar fiend loved it. It is not super sweet and is light and fluffy. If you like a more moist cake just add 1/3 cup of oil instead of the 1/4 cup or use the 1/4 oil and full fat yogurt and full fat milk. If you like something sweeter you could use a chocolate cake mix and add vanilla yogurt instead of plain.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

1 box dark chocolate Pillsbury or Duncan Hines cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
1 cup of plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup of canola oil
4 large eggs

Dump everything in a large bowl and beat on low to moisten ingredients and scrape edges of bowl into the middle. Then beat on medium to medium high for 2-3 minutes while scraping the edges of the bowl. The mix will be thick. Spray non-stick 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. Pour in cake mix. Spread evenly in cake pan. Cook on 325 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely in cake pan or turn out onto cooling rack and store in the refrigerator covered. It gets even better once it has been in the refrigerator!!
