Yesterday I was in the cleaning and yard work mood. I spent the morning organizing and cleaning the basement and in the afternoon went out in the yard to do some yard work. I cleaned up the area where there had been a shed and then got to work on making a space for a veggie garden. Olivia was feeling well enough to help me dig out the weeds, grass and rocks.
There was a lot of sandy, rock filled soil just 6 inches down. What is the best course of action to prepare the soil for plants?
